1. Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars and shown on the product and checkout pages. All Australian orders are subject to Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST - 10%). For our international customers this tax does not apply.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Sky Soles delivers products to most of planet earth and select parts of our solar system that Australia Post eParcel Service. Shipping rates will be quoted with any order on the checkout page. We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 2 to 10+ business days depending on the locality. We also offer express post options with tracking for all localities served under the Australia Post eParcel service. Delivery times vary between 1 to 4 business days. More accurate shipping windows are available via the Australia Post link above. If you live down a kangaroo trail in Kalkarindji, please allow a bit of extra time. In a few locations around the world we don’t offer an express option. This is because the current express services in those regions aren’t reliable enough, or there are currently no options available in that region.
For our Australian and New Zealand customers we offer Free Shipping.
